Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Previous experience in the drug-screening industry is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in support/client services with a customer service orientation
• Intermediate data entry experience with strong attention to detail
• A reliable home office setup with high-speed internet access is required
