Medicare Sales Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for multiple clients
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align on performance indicators and support the Telesales organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
• Market knowledge of AI, Amazon Connect, and similar telephony solutions
