Medicare Sales Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and client growth
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop performance indicators and support client satisfaction through campaign management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, particularly Medicare and Marketplace compliance
• Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and telephony solutions is preferred
