Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Onboarding and Enablement Specialist (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand global sales onboarding by conducting quarterly boot camps for GTM teams
  • Develop onboarding playbooks, welcome kits, and guided learning paths while monitoring onboarding KPIs
  • Support operational tasks to keep enablement content updated and produce engaging content for communication
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven track record of executing programs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across various departments
  • Experience in supporting onboarding programs or internal training initiatives
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change
