Associate Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the renewals playbook to support CRM hygiene, revenue retention, and sales forecasting
• Manage internal and external touchpoints using tech-stack integration tools
• Act as the primary contact for PR Newswire distribution customers and negotiate contracts to retain and expand revenue

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Interest in business communications, public relations, and content
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work on-site in Cleveland, OH or Albuquerque, NM as needed
