• Lead onboarding projects and troubleshoot integration challenges for enterprise customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within SaaS, e-commerce, or API-driven platforms
• Strong knowledge of APIs and integration patterns
• Deep fluency in e-commerce technology ecosystems, especially Shopify
• Proven ability to advise on storefront architecture and scaling strategies
• Strong project management skills to oversee onboarding timelines and deliverables
