Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive predictable revenue growth across sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue data and GTM metrics to identify trends and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement repeatable revenue processes
- Own CRM and related GTM tech stack to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations and/or sales operations, preferably in a healthcare SaaS start-up
- Proven experience scaling GTM systems and operations in high-growth organizations
- Strong analytical background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Deep knowledge of CRM software, specifically Hubspot, and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience in designing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies
