Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to establish partnerships and drive revenue growth
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements that contribute to revenue goals
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring achievement of departmental goals through training and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role within B2B, FinTech, or Payments, managing teams of at least 5 direct reports
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue through partnerships and building scalable demand-generation programs
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity tracking and strong financial acumen in interchange pricing
