A company is looking for a Sales Enablement/CRM Analyst II - Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates a customer and sales enablement culture across all interactions
- Tracks activity and monitors results using customer and sales enablement technology
- Maintains monthly reporting efforts and assists leadership with sales or customer enablement activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of financial services or retail experience required
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
