A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to enhance performance and client growth
- Design strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and ensure compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with various departments to implement campaigns and improve client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with telephony solutions such as AI and Amazon Connect
