A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align on performance indicators and strategic vision for the Telesales organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and similar telephony solutions
