A company is looking for a Member Experience Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns and enhance member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of marketing campaigns for initiatives such as newsletters and product launches
- Develop and analyze A/B tests to improve retention KPIs and campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent member communications and experience
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing with knowledge of CRM programs and ESPs
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn business goals into actionable plans
- Experience with data visualization tools and creative planning tools
- At least a college degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Passion for the pet industry and subscription-based businesses is a plus
