Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to members on retirement and insurance plans
- Research and resolve member inquiries through various communication channels
- Document member interactions and maintain accurate records in the database
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED) and three years of customer service experience
- Up to two years of college-level business coursework can substitute for required experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
