Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to achieving annual renewal bookings and migration targets
- Acts as the main contact for perpetual customer accounts regarding renewals and migrations
- Participates in upsell opportunities and manages customer relationships effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software or technology company
- Knowledge of SaaS and CRM/ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Experience working with Fortune 100 clients is a plus
