Key Responsibilities
- Maintain end-to-end sales workflows and ensure opportunities progress smoothly through the pipeline
- Generate and manage dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal tracking, opportunity updates, and sales program execution
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including reporting and data maintenance
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
- Comfortable working with data and performing analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
