Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and advising to students throughout their academic cycle
- Maintain knowledge of UMGC systems and support outreach projects to military and civilian installations
- Oversee office resources, ensure compliance with military requirements, and assist with testing services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher education
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Experience working with military or military students is preferred
- General knowledge of UMGC practices and procedures is a plus
