Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM module to ensure performance and reliability
- Implement best practices in ServiceNow administration and development

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Experience in a public sector or Medicaid environment
- Strong understanding of the ITSM module and related functionalities
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
