Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Primary 360 Nurse Team, including onboarding and developing staff
• Ensure outstanding service delivery and quality by managing daily clinical operations and monitoring KPIs
• Support corporate initiatives and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current, active credentials as a Registered Nurse, with the ability to be licensed in all 50 states
• 5+ years of health care experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience preferred
• Experience working in Virtual Care preferred
