A company is looking for an AVP, Product Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports and drives the technical implementation of software, including configuration, training, and test support
- Facilitates client adoption of software offerings post-production
- Provides training and support for client administration and end-users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and apply new skills effectively
- Demonstrates strong customer service acumen and skills
