Network Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns overall network platform architecture vision and ensures components are designed and leveraged appropriately
• Drives implementation of new technologies based on business value and return on investment
• Provides leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers and assists with complex troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecting Enterprise, Data Center, and/or Public Cloud networking environments
• Highly proficient knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, including Cisco Viptela
• Expert knowledge of Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NXOS, and VXLAN fabrics such as ACI and DCNM
• Expert knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF and BGP
