Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 6-8+ years of professional work experience, including 5+ years in solar customer service operations
- 2+ years of experience in New Homes sales operations leading large teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
