New Jersey Associate Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager to oversee day-to-day activities of a team on a multifamily energy efficiency program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in delivering large-budget energy efficiency programs according to contract terms and budgets
• Organize and track program deliverables for timely submission and monitor the energy efficiency project pipeline
• Coordinate with subcontractors and community groups while managing expectations and resolving issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field
• Experience in contract development and negotiation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• New Jersey residency required
