Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager - Industrial Assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational coordination for transaction management professionals supporting a client's real estate portfolio
• Process transaction-related paperwork and manage client feedback surveys
• Track lease expirations and oversee global transaction management activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 or more years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience in industrial transactions is required
• New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's License or ability to obtain within six months
• Experience using CoStar and Real Capital Analytics is a plus
