Senior Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Asset Manager - GSE/HUD.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management functions for a multifamily loan servicing portfolio, including financial analysis and inspections
• Create and implement action plans for troubled assets while communicating with senior management on progress
• Lead and mentor junior staff while interacting with the accounting department for cash transfers and reserve maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily mortgage servicing/underwriting
• Familiarity with GSE loan servicing guidelines, particularly Fannie Mae and HUD/FHA
• Experience with underwriting loan assumptions, transfers, and partial releases
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel proficiency preferred
