Job Summary

A company is looking for a WY Real Estate Signing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
• Review real estate documents to ensure completeness and legal compliance
• Apply electronic notarial acts and ensure compliance with state laws governing remote online notarization

Required Qualifications

• NNA Certified
• Minimum of six (6) months experience with Remote Online Notarization
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with loan or real estate documents
• Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
