Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist to support their Title Services team in resolving title issues for real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and related documents to identify curative requirements
• Obtain and review supporting documents to clear title exceptions
• Communicate with internal teams and third parties to resolve curative issues

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in title curative or related title and settlement work
• Working knowledge of real estate title documentation and curative procedures
• Familiarity with resolving common title issues such as unreleased mortgages and judgment liens
• Experience with title production software
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
