New York Licensed Virtual Caseworker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Caseworker, Virtual Reception & Placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload and ensure timely completion of core services, including direct assistance
• Build relationships with local organizations to connect clients with necessary benefits and services
• Maintain case file documentation in compliance with contract requirements and prepare for monitoring visits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in domestic resettlement case management
• Experience with virtual case management preferred
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Dari or Pashto required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and case management databases
