NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant who is bilingual in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, real estate agents, and escrows at the start of the transaction
• Collects necessary customer documentation to complete loan transactions
• Assists loan originators with preapprovals, loan structuring, and managing loan pricing options

Required Qualifications

• NMLS Licensed
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Two or more years of recent mortgage operations, underwriting, or processing experience
• Current experience as a loan officer assistant, processor, or underwriter
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other mortgage programs and guidelines
