NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant (Spanish Speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with referral partners and borrowers
• Facilitate the completion of loan applications and prepare documents for underwriting
• Be the main point of contact for borrowers during the loan process

Required Qualifications:

• Current knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and related procedures
• Ability to analyze credit reports and loan structure
• NMLS licensed or willing to obtain within 90 days
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience, with 5+ years preferred
• Experience in roles such as LOA/LP, LO, Processor, or Underwriter
