A company is looking for a Member and Recipient Services Coordinator (Full-time Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and education to members and recipients regarding TP functions and services
- Assist with initial coordination and triage of urgent calls, ensuring timely referrals
- Document consumer interactions and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Four years of experience in a community or governmental program delivering mental health support services
- Knowledge of local human services agencies and community resources
- Ability to operate computer equipment and generate reports
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
