Nutrition Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nutrition Care Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enteral nutrition patients and manage supply inventory, including processing delivery tickets
• Maintain current enteral orders, track expiration dates, and communicate with prescribers for order renewals
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate enteral pump needs and maintenance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant work experience
• Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating deliveries
• Knowledge of medical records and reimbursement processes
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office software
