Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nutrition Care Coordinator - Remote PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enteral nutrition patients and manage supply inventory
• Maintain enteral orders, track expiration dates, and process renewals
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate enteral pump needs and swaps

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating deliveries
• Knowledge of medical records and reimbursement processes
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office software
