A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to enhance client relationships and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the client contract
- Lead open enrollment meetings and educate clients to increase employee participation
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, generate reports, and derive actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with sales experience required
- Must secure a Life & Health license within 60 days of starting
- Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders across various mediums
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve client issues effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
