Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to enhance client relationships and drive retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the client contract
  • Lead open enrollment meetings and educate clients to increase employee participation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, generate reports, and derive actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with sales experience required
  • Must secure a Life & Health license within 60 days of starting
  • Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders across various mediums
  • Proven ability to investigate and resolve client issues effectively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
