Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train clients on the platform through various communication methods
- Assist existing customers with software usage and resolve inquiries
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer success and retention
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk or General Manager
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
- Experience in hospitality/tourism
- Completed compatible graduation course
- Proficiency with computers and systems
