Onboarding Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home assessments for prospective patients with Clinical Liaison field representatives
• Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources while maintaining communication with the team
• Document all interactions and tasks in Salesforce, and monitor daily assessments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work 10:30am to 7:00pm or 11:30am to 8:00pm EST, Monday through Friday
• Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
• Experience in outbound/inbound call center or scheduling preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or similar software
