Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Expert to support healthcare professionals in their onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make approximately 75 outbound welcome calls daily to new healthcare professionals
- Host around 7 onboarding consultations with new professionals
- Respond to inbound messages and support tickets while maintaining clear documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, onboarding, or customer support is a plus but not required
- Comfortable making calls and building rapport quickly
- Organized and able to follow through on tasks
- Curious and resourceful with a willingness to learn new systems
- Must have a reliable laptop/desktop and a minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection
