Online Learning Support Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Learning and Instructional Support Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and students regarding the online learning management system and related applications
• Facilitate faculty training sessions and conduct quality assurance checks for online courses
• Coordinate term setup and maintain a database of online master course versions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience using computers and web-based applications
• At least one year of experience in higher education or related fields such as IT, e-learning, or student services
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
