Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Learning and Instructional Support Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and students regarding the online learning management system and related applications
- Facilitate faculty training sessions and conduct quality assurance checks for online courses
- Coordinate term setup and maintain a database of online master course versions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of experience using computers and web-based applications
- At least one year of experience in higher education or related fields such as IT, e-learning, or student services
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
