Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Associate to join their Fraud & Disputes team.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate disputes for card and ACH according to relevant regulations
- Resolve disputes within regulatory timeframes and applicable rules
- Review and decision on remote deposit capture checks and adjustments
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in mobile deposit capture processing and disputes resolution
- Expertise in consumer payment rules and regulations, including Reg E and NACHA
- Proven experience resolving transaction disputes and fraud claims
- Strong understanding of controls and risk management related to fraud
- Proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills
