Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Telehealth Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize pharmacy telehealth workflows, including prescription orders and fulfillment coordination
• Lead cross-functional coordination between internal departments and external partners
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to support strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of operations management experience in healthcare, telehealth, or pharmacy services
• Proven track record of optimizing service delivery in a regulated environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in telehealth and pharmacy services is a plus
