A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their Member Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling requests from Cleo Guides and Specialists for accurate session coordination
- Support the Care Activity Team by sourcing relevant information aligned with member needs
- Provide excellent customer support to families and experts
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm in Pacific or Mountain time zones
- Comfort with professional software such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and ticket management systems
- Background or passion for health services related to women's health, maternity, or childcare
- Ability to be organized and proactive while working cohesively as part of a team
