Key Responsibilities
- Assist Travel Advisors with client-specific policies and technical tools
- Ensure compliance with client travel policies and utilize preferred vendors
- Maintain a cooperative working environment and promote positive customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate travel or CID environment
- Ability to create complex domestic and international itineraries
- Proficiency in Sabre and Apollo GDS systems
- Must have unrestricted work authorization for the U.S
- Experience in supporting after-hours environments is preferred
