Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technician II who will monitor, maintain, and manage networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain response time to alarms and customer calls
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve network trouble situations
• Manage and guide restoration efforts during outages

Required Qualifications

• Three plus years of related experience
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia platforms
• Proficiency in Layers 2 & 3 switch and router configuration
• Experience isolating telecom equipment trouble
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
