Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Processor, responsible for receiving and processing incoming work orders remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely entry of customer selections into the order processing system, including initial pricing
- Identify and escalate gaps in ordering information, research shortages, and provide accurate details on issues
- Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and maintain customer rituals regarding selection and billing
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required; specialized skills training/certification may be necessary
- 0-2 years of order entry and customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of SAP and experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus
