Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience managing organic social channels for a consumer brand
- Deep knowledge of social platform best practices, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Proven track record of using organic social to drive measurable growth
- Experience running or supporting an influencer/creator program with performance goals
- Strong writing and content development skills with a platform-native tone
