Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Coordinator to manage tasks within the Outbound team and fulfill interpretation requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high levels of customer service while assisting clients and interpreters through various communication channels
  • Accurately process information to fulfill interpretation requests and assign appropriate interpreters
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients and interpreters
Required Qualifications
  • Contact center experience with proficiency in high-volume outbound calling
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 30 wpm
  • Basic interest in foreign cultures; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
  • A desire to learn and take on new challenges within the organization
