Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Coordinator to manage tasks within the Outbound team and fulfill interpretation requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer service while assisting clients and interpreters through various communication channels
- Accurately process information to fulfill interpretation requests and assign appropriate interpreters
- Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients and interpreters
Required Qualifications
- Contact center experience with proficiency in high-volume outbound calling
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 30 wpm
- Basic interest in foreign cultures; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
- A desire to learn and take on new challenges within the organization
