Key Responsibilities

• Engage with small business owners via phone and digital channels to understand their business needs
• Recommend appropriate financial products based on customer challenges and goals
• Address customer concerns and demonstrate the value of solutions without being pushy

Required Qualifications

• Experience in merchant sales or the fintech/financial sector
• Ability to work with multiple software systems
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and chats
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Availability for a remote work schedule from 9-5:30pm ET
