Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and client growth
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and adherence to regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and other telephony solutions is preferred
