Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers, focusing on client performance and growth
• Develop and implement strategic visions for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Collaborate with various departments to design investment roadmaps and ensure effective support for Telesales operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
