A company is looking for an Outreach Coordinator for Northern California.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach and engage with community members and partners to raise awareness about telecommunication services
- Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and community groups to promote collaboration and program visibility
- Provide training, consultations, and support to consumers regarding telecommunications needs and application processes
Required Qualifications
- Residency in Northern California is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
- Minimum of one year of outreach experience with communities of persons with disabilities
- At least one year of experience working with deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or disabled individuals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred; American Sign Language proficiency is a plus
