Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Pro and marketplace partners, ensuring their growth and success
- Manage the renewal process for Supply Partners, including contracts and upselling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner adoption and drive go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or customer success roles
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts that met or exceeded defined KPIs
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
